Error Internet Explorer

If you frequently use Internet Explorer instead of Mozilla Firefox, you would most probably have come across error Internet Explorer messages.

There are various types of errors. The errors could be due to the connectivity or the server that is providing you with the internet service. Another reason could be the Internet Explorer browser itself or even its settings.

As you may know, you can set as per your preference or liking to protect your personal computer or simply as precaution. Hence, some pages would not open until you alter the browser settings. Another common enough reason for error messages might due to the host server of the relevant websites.

In other words, you have to try out a few possibilities before you can actually resolve the issues. Some of the error messages are Bad File Request, Failed DNS Lookup, Script Error and Unable to Locate Host. If Internet Explorer browser does not support the coding of the page, you would see the Bad File Request error message.

In the case of DNS Lookup error message, it could be due to a few reasons. If the Domain Name Server could not change the domain request into a valid Internet address, you would see this error message. Alternatively, it could simply be a case of the server busy or down.

Perhaps, you typed the wrong URL address. Another common Internet Explorer error message is Script Error. This is caused by VBScript or JavaScript code, which is embedded within some website pages. This type of error is most probably due to internet connection problem.

But, sometimes it can be caused by the incompatibilities of the Internet Explorer itself. You should check to make sure that you are using a compatible version like Internet Explorer five point five and above. If the host server is down, no internet connection or incorrect URL address causes the message Unable to Locate Host to pop up.

Simply refresh the page. If that does not work, then, try deleting the files in the Temporary Internet Files and History folder before hitting the refresh button again. You might have to wait until much later before it works.

The 503 Service Unavailable messages imply that the server is busy or the website may have been moved. Maybe, your internet connection was disconnected. Whatever the reason for the error messages, you may have to try a few countermeasures before it finally solves the problem.
